We have over 20 years experience advising on the legal and practical issues arising from starting, operating, administering, and terminating employee benefit plans. Our clients have ranged from start-up companies to very large companies with over 5,000 employees. Our experience includes working as an outside counsel for companies and businesses that sponsor the plans to being in-house counsel to such companies and businesses. Borne of such experience is the recognition to provide both legal and business appropriate solutions to employee benefit issues, and the need to go beyond legal advice to assisting a company in "administering" the legal solutions we provide. Prior work assignments have involved us working closely with a company's representative(s) from the HR department, comp & benefits department, benefits administration, accounting, and payroll department. We are ever mindful of and sensitive to the costs of legal services, and we price our services to be considerably less than the costs of large law firms, and we are certainly less expensive than the ongoing cost of hiring an attorney as an employee to manage your legal benefit issues. |
