As an adjunct to our tax legal services for start-ups and small to medium-sized companies, we will work with a reputable payroll vendor to have all your payroll tasks managed: from administration, to compliance, to reporting. Our knowledge of your payroll tax issues and our working relationship with a payroll vendors enables us to prevent employment and payroll tax problems from developing, and if they do, to manage the process more efficiently and effectively.

We will work with the payroll company to provide you with the following services:

• Write the payroll checks
• Compute employee withholdings
• File and deposit all federal, state, and local payroll taxes
• Prepare, send and file 941s, W-2s and 1099s
• Manage the payroll withholdings for retirement plans and other company plans
