About UsThe Law Office of S. Harold Hart, Jr. was founded to serve the tax needs of individuals and businesses. Mr. Hart and his staff specialize only in tax matters, and the practice focuses on preparing tax returns and resolving tax issues. Mr. Hart is a former Wall Street tax attorney with over 20 years of legal experience. While working as an attorney for McKinsey & Co., Time Warner, Inc., and Intel Corporation, Mr. Hart developed a competency in the areas of individual and corporate taxation, partnership taxation, taxation of expatriates and inpatriates, employee benefit law (401(k), profit sharing and pension plans, IRAs, etc), estate tax planning, and tax issues involving bankruptcy. Mr. Hart received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Princeton University, and his law degree and MBA from the Northwestern University School of Law and the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University), respectively.
